Weekly Weigh In for week ending March 20, 2011

This week I didn't lose anything I stayed the same I believe it was because i was doing more strength training lately because I noticed more loose skin on my upper legs and upper arms because I'm losing the weight so I'm trying to tone and lose weight at the same time so I'm not all extra skin when i get to my goal weight... I just started Jillian Michael's 30 Day Shed workout video supposedly if you do the work out 5 days a week your suppose to lose up to 20lbs a month so we will see!!! ON a good note i went shopping over the weekend and before i started losing the weight i was in a size 28-30 pants but I'm happy to report that I am in a size 20-22 I'm so happy....I'm on my road to Healthy and these moments help me keep going  when i get to see my progress!!!!


  1. That is sooo amazing!! That was one thing that was hard for (not seeing the scale dip) but that's when measurements really showed off my hard word! Many many congratulations to you! Jillian is tough! I wanna smack her and laugh at the same time when I do her biggest loser DVD, it's so twisted!

Thank you...and yeah shes the same way on her own workout videos and i feel the same way shes like we are in the same boat were doing this together and im like ur also nice and toned and skinny...we arent the same lol...but it motivates me to do it....and everything shes says on there is true the more you do it the easier it is and i can see a difference from when i first started the first day i couldnt do half the work out and now i can get all the way through and thats just the first week so hopefully one day i can look like here lol
