Weekly Weigh In for week ending March 20, 2011
This week I didn't lose anything I stayed the same I believe it was because i was doing more strength training lately because I noticed more loose skin on my upper legs and upper arms because I'm losing the weight so I'm trying to tone and lose weight at the same time so I'm not all extra skin when i get to my goal weight... I just started Jillian Michael's 30 Day Shed workout video supposedly if you do the work out 5 days a week your suppose to lose up to 20lbs a month so we will see!!! ON a good note i went shopping over the weekend and before i started losing the weight i was in a size 28-30 pants but I'm happy to report that I am in a size 20-22 I'm so happy....I'm on my road to Healthy and these moments help me keep going when i get to see my progress!!!!
